With a foundational background in political campaign coordination and hospitality project leadership, Siri brings a unique, multi-sector perspective to the challenge of crisis management. Her approach combines strategic rigor with deep empathy, informed by both professional excellence and profound personal experience.

Siri’s drive is informed by a profound spectrum of lived experience: as a survivor, a former refuge support worker, and as a primary palliative carer for eight years. This unique combination creates what she calls the “Strategic Backdoor”—a vantage point that allows her to identify the systemic “dead zones” where even the best support models can struggle to suffice.
